Born and bred a true salesman, Paul Linton has never been afraid to get his hands dirty and do the hard work. Before getting his fancy-sock-wearing foot in the door with CGI (seriously, check sometime, his socks are always noteworthy), Paul ran his own Cutco sales office (he still owns and loves those knives) but ultimately decided that he wanted to climb even higher in his career.
Officially moving to CGI in February 2009, Paul powered through the Associate position and was an Executive by June of that same year. His experience and self-motivation did not go unnoticed (some say his Italian heritage gives him an edge when it comes to no-nonsense leadership) and soon he was in charge of his own team.
An open door policy and a straight-shooting attitude serves Paul both in and out of the office — whether he’s coaching his team towards a record shattering sales goal, or cheering for the Steelers, Yankees, or his alma mater, the UCONN Huskies. Paul is happily married and spends much of his time outdoors (ski slopes in the winter, golf courses in the summer) with his wife, Megan, and two dogs Chase and Dexter.
